Kayleigh Haggo is no stranger to the sporting stage, already a world champion in Frame Running, she's made the move to Boccia, to start competing with the best in the world at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. We caught up with her before she headed off to hear how she was feeling ahead of the games and what her plans are going forward.

Blog 61: Channel 4 takes us back to Tokyo

Channel 4 are taking us back to Tokyo on 24th August - 5th September for the Paralympics and it's the biggest show yet. People with disabilities have been taking part in the Olympics since the 1948 London Olympics. Blog 54: ‘Swimming has been a lifeline for me’

Taking swimming lessons is beneficial for children, even if they don't turn out to be record-breaking athletes later on. Many of the best swimmers start out at the kids' pool at a very young age. They are the lucky few that found what they wanted to do with their lives when it has barely started. Cerys McCrindle's story started in a very similar way. She was only 3 months old when her toes were first dipped in the water as her parents took her swimming.
